- Fee management

- Reporting & analytics
3. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate information.
- Login credentials must be kept confidential.
- Institutes are responsible for managing user roles and permissions.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Disrupt platform functionality
5. Payment & Subscription
- Subscription fees must be paid as agreed in the contract.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in agreement.
6. Data Ownership
- Educational Institutes retain ownership of their data.
- Skoolsync acts as a data processor.
- Upon contract termination, data may be exported upon request within a specified timeframe.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, and technology remain the property of Skoolsync.
Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute the software without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Skoolsync is not liable for:
- Data loss caused by user negligence
- Service interruptions due to third-party providers
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are overdue
- Illegal activities are detected
10. Governing Law
